Lee Wain – PGA Professional & Callaway Staff Player

We are delighted to welcome Lee Wain to Greenway Hall Golf Club as our new PGA Professional, having joined us in January 2024. Lee arrives with a wealth of experience, following an outstanding 9-year tenure at The Belfry, where he became well-known as both a skilled coach and expert club fitter. Over the years, Lee has built a large and loyal following, including a number of Premier League footballers and other high-profile sports figures.

A former amateur golfer who represented Staffordshire at county and regional levels, Lee understands the intricacies of the game from a competitive standpoint. His experience as a player, combined with his extensive coaching background, allows him to work with golfers of all abilities, from beginners to elite players, helping them refine their skills and improve their overall game.

As a Callaway Staff Player, Lee is passionate about ensuring that golfers have the right equipment to match their unique swing and style of play. With a deep understanding of club technology and custom fitting, he provides expert guidance to ensure that every player is properly equipped to perform at their best.

Lee’s coaching style is approachable, friendly, and highly personalised. He takes the time to understand each player’s goals and works with them to create a tailored plan for improvement. His ability to connect with golfers and deliver results has made him one of the most sought-after coaches in the industry.
